Digital brand experiences in real space
What can you expect?
We have been living in the so-called experience economy for 20 years. For brands, this means constantly changing requirements for their own presentation and communication. In addition, digital technologies continue to gain ground in all areas of life, permanently changing customer expectations and creating new needs. Against this backdrop, Responsive Spaces has been working for years on the digital "brand experience" that continues to take place in real space. Markus Pargfrieder, founder and CEO of Responsive Spaces, provides insights into this still young but exciting field of activity based on a little theory and many (inter)national examples.
