Writing Centre

Teaching information and writing skills as key competencies for lifelong learning is the central concern of the FHV Library's Writing Centre. 

The Writing Centre sees itself as a platform that makes various offers available to all stakeholder groups of the FHV and develops and implements further offers according to need. 

The offerings of the Writing Centre are individual counselling as well as workshops for groups of 9 or more and are primarily aimed at members of the FHV. In addition, the Writing Centre provides a platform to link activities and provide documents on writing in higher education. It offers assistance on the following topics: 

• citing and proving literature 

• text composition and formatting 

• description of academic text types 

• notes on the writing process 

• language guide
