Mode of delivery (face-to-face, distance learning)

Besides theoretic input, the workshop focuses on the practice and application of various methods. We jointly create an innovative space in which we connect „head, heart and hand“ through individual and group exercises in order to explore sustainable future-proof solutions.

Participants develop prototypes for specific change topics in order to test their feasibility. Together we use methods such as storytelling and peer coaching to learn about the prerequisites for success in innovation and transformation. In individual and group exercises on self-reflection and giving and receiving feedback, participants practise tools for personal development.
