Suddenly everything is different - family challenges in the context of stroke

What can you expect?

This year's PFLEGEPROZESS:KONKRET is dedicated to the diverse effects of a stroke and the associated challenges for the family support system. How can family members and care professionals work together to help cope with this situation? What knowledge can be used from a medical perspective? What opportunities does the new job description of the community nurse offer, and what role does case management play? During the event, we will provide a practical insight into the application of the Calgary Family Assessment to enable a structured assessment of the family situation. Based on the care process, we identify the resources and problems of an affected family system and show the potential of family-centered care.
