What can you expect?
Silent march from the FHV to the Dornbirn parish/town park, followed by a 30-minute reading and commemoration.
Protection against violence is a human right, but for many it is not a reality. This is made clear by the number of 22 femicides recorded in Austria this year up to October 2024. As part of Orange the World, the Department of Social Work and Health, the Diversity Unit and the Student Union (ÖH) of the FHV are organizing a vigil to commemorate the victims and all women* affected by violence. We would be delighted if you could be part of Orange the World and join us in taking a stand against violence!
