Bernd Schwendinger: The newly revised Master's program is called "International Business Administration - Sustainable Management". We offer the three specializations Accounting, Controlling & Finance as well as Marketing, Sales & Innovation and People, Organization & Transformation.
What is special about the content of studies?
Bernd Schwendinger: We have developed a future-proof curriculum that is consistently based on the cross-cutting topics of sustainability, business psychology and digital transformation. This was based on three theses that we derived from primary and secondary research findings. Put simply, these are a paradigm shift in management thinking, the relevance of interdisciplinary collaboration and the shift towards a knowledge and responsibility society.
What distinguishes this business administration degree programme from others?
Bernd Schwendinger: Sustainable management combines economic success with a good life on a healthy planet. By consistently focusing on these goals, strongly developed specializations and ensuring a theory-practice transfer for our Business and Management, we create the necessary basis for this.
