Project objective

The "Data Act Pioneer" research project investigates how the new European data management law, in particular the Data Act, affects small and medium-sized enterprises in the Lake Constance region. The aim is to identify opportunities and obligations in the areas of Business and Management, Law and IT Security. This involves analyzing how the availability and use of data is changing companies' business models, products and internal processes. The results will be used to develop concrete adaptations and innovative measures.
