What is the essence of your job as Head of Department and what fascinates you about it?
My job combines science and practice by accompanying students on their journey and enabling them to solve complex challenges in a creative and reflective way. I am particularly fascinated by witnessing their development and giving them the tools they need to bring about sustainable change.
Which trends in your field do you find particularly interesting and in which areas are you particularly involved?
The use of artificial intelligence in marketing offers exciting opportunities, but also raises ethical questions. My focus is on how AI tools can improve data-based decisions without losing the human factor and how we can use these technologies responsibly.
What would you like to give your students and what should they bring with them?
I want to give them the ability to think critically and adapt quickly to new challenges. To do this, they should have an open mind, curiosity and the courage to learn from mistakes and explore creative paths.
