- Game Design either through smaller tasks or a bigger group project / game (will be decided together with the students in the beginning of the course)
The main focus is programming, but each student can decide for themselves to focus more on 3D modelling or Game Design
You will mainly get a basic understanding of the following topic:
- 3D Modelling
- Programming in and working with Game Engines (Unity)
- Game Design
There will either be smaller practical tasks or a project (game) in groups. Introductions into Blender and Unity will be done together, not in groups. The course will be structured very spontaneous and adaptive:
Depending on where the interest lies, we can focus more or less on the topics polymodelling, sculpting, rigging, skinning and animation in the 3D field, and gameplay, vr, ar, game design, game industry and game development processes in the game engine field.
