Modules "Mathematics and Systems Theory," "Electrical Engineering," "Fundamentals of Technical Sciences", Semester 1 to 4
- System description in the time and frequency domain: Laplace transformation, pole/zero points, transfer function, steady-state accuracy, root locus curve, frequency response, bode diagram
- Modelling, Block Diagram Algebra, System Identification
- Basic requirements for a control loop, behavior and realization of standard controllers, standard control loop, stability and control quality, controller synthesis, other control loop structures
- Use of the root locus curve for analysis and synthesis of analog controllers
- Control loop structures in the state space, state space method
- Digital Systems
After successful completion of the course, students will be able to create structural images of dynamic systems and derive mathematical descriptions from them, describe control loops in the frequency domain, name and describe analysis and synthesis methods, realize control loops with standard controllers (P, PI and PID), realize control loops with state controllers, apply methods for system identification and realize control algorithms on embedded systems.
