What can you expect?

In the winter semester 2024, Technik Tratsch is dedicated to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). This is a growing global movement that harnesses the power of inner development to drive meaningful change in the business world and beyond. The concept highlights the urgent need to improve our collective ability to tackle complex issues. It argues that without a fundamental shift in human values, overcoming many global challenges will be difficult, limited or simply too slow. On this evening, 5 dimensions and 23 qualities will be presented and together we will consider how to cultivate our inner skills.

As the initiator of an IDG Hub in Vorarlberg, I am committed to raising awareness and anchoring the Inner Development Goals in education, politics, business and management and society. As a social entrepreneur and organizational developer, I work with socially creative methods with a focus on vision and identity work. In doing so, I combine the strength-oriented approach of positive psychology with systemic approaches to greater common good. I studied International Business Management at the FH Vorarlberg and at Leeds Metropolitan University (UK) and then Personnel Diagnostics at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. This was followed by training in coaching, systemic-evolutionary organizational development, existential analysis and sustainability.

In exciting presentations, prospective students, applications, students, graduates and employees of the Department of Engineering and Technology discover different topics and can thus exchange ideas with each other in a low-threshold manner.
