Privacy notice concerning time-laps construction site cameras
FH Vorarlberg handles your personal data carefully and conscientiously. When processing data, we observe the legal national and European data protection regulations. We would like to inform you below about the processing of your personal data in connection with video surveillance.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING; DATA CATEGORIES:
The time-lapse construction site cameras are used to document the progress of the construction site.
No data is evaluated or passed on beyond the stated purpose (e.g. for the identification of persons or use for the purpose of legal prosecution).
The processing of personal data, in particular of personal image recordings, is not intended.
LEGAL BASIS:
The legal basis for the processing activity is the legitimate interest of FH Vorarlberg pursuant to Art. 6 Abs 1 lit f) DSGVO, which consists in documenting the construction progress.
RECIPIENTS:
Your data will be treated with the utmost care. A transmission of any personal data is not intended.
RETENTION PERIOD:
The documentation of construction site progress can be stored permanently for archiving purposes to document the history of FH Vorarlberg.
YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS ACCORDING TO GDPR:
Please be aware that you generally have rights to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict its processing, to obtain it in a portable format, to withdraw your consent and to object to its processing. You may address enquiries and requests on this topic to datenschutz@fhv.at.
If data processing is based on the legitimate interests of FH Vorarlberg, you may object to this processing and include your reasons for the objection, however the lawfulness of data processing activity conducted prior to withdrawal or objection shall remain unaffected.
