Lending

Our media stock is freely accessible. As a rule, all media can be borrowed. Excluded are reference collections with a black dot on the signature. 

Borrowed media can be reserved for loan via the library account. After returning a reserved item, the person who made the reservation will receive an e-mail notification that the item is available at our information desk. After expiration of the collection period stated in the e-mail, the reservation will be deleted.

Holdings from our depot (shelf mark DEP) and media with the status "in Bearbeitung” aka “in progress" can also be reserved for use. The staff at our information desk will be happy to help you on site.  

For borrowing we ask for preferential use of our self-checkout.
