New Research Group and new Head of Digital Business Transformation

Ann-Kristin Cordes is the new endowed professor for Digital Business Transformation at Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences. Born in Germany, she has been building up a research group with a focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the region on the path to digitalization since 1 September.
Ann-Kristin Cordes holds a doctorate in business informatics. She studied at the University of Bielefeld and completed her doctorate at the University of Münster at the European Research Center for Information Systems. She spent her PostDoc period at the Chair of Business Informatics and Information Management at the University of Münster and also represented the Chair of Information Systems and Process Analytics at Kiel University in 2022/2023.
