The CHE ranking is conducted annually by the Center for Higher Education Development. It provides a comprehensive overview of the range and quality of higher education in German-speaking countries. Strengths and weaknesses of universities and universities of applied sciences are made public in it and should help in the choice of a place to study. In the largest university ranking in the German-speaking world, the master's degree programmes in Business Administration consistently achieved top scores. They were ranked among the top by students in the categories "Organization of studies", "Transition between bachelor's and master's studies", "General study situation" and "Support during studies". In detail, the following points, among others, were rated first-class by the students: "Quality of study organisation", "Access to courses", "Adequate number of participants in courses", "Social climate between students and lecturers", "Information on organisational issues" and "Recognition of achievements made abroad".
